Default Short On Work Space?

I saw a unique work bench at the home center yesterday that may help those who are short on work space. It's made by Stanley, and its a fold up workbench that attaches to the wall. It has a multi-position backboard for hanging your tools, a tray and a fold down work surface that also has a vice. They say it supprts 110 pounds. Whe you are done with it you just flip up the work surface and it locks in place. The unit I saw sold for $49.99.
