Default Shawn Cipa
I've read from a few of you that you've carved from Shawn Cipa's books. I also have his two on the nativity and folk art figures. Have any of you ever corresponded with him? If not, just thought I'd mention that I have and he's really a great guy! Twice I've emailed him with questions and he responded immediately both times. He was very helpful and totally willing to answer my questions. That takes alot of character-he could have easily blown it off. No ego there!

I like Shawns work. I have made two of his Santa's and just got done with one of his Folk Art Angels. I still need to paint the Angel in pink tones for a baby shower coming up.
