Default sharpening rotary burrs

Is there a way to shrapen rotary burrs?
One i use alot is a cone shape the tip is rounded though the upper portions are still sharp.
Or should i save some frustration and just buy a new one?
thanks macktruck

you might try running in backwards in a reversible drill...maybe against a few progressively finer sheets of sandpaper?

I'd just go buy two or three new ones.
