Default sharp knif

i would like to thank everyone that helped me on my knif problem. it seems that the knif i bought was not sharpered right from the factory . i had it resharpened and it works fine thanks again for your help gordo

Gordo, glad to hear you solved the problem. I know how frustrating the process can be, and was afraid you might give up on wood carving altogether. Congrats.

gordo,

So glad that you figured it out. Keep in mind now that it it is sharp, work real hard at keeping it sharp. Remember "carve a little strope a lot" this simple little rule will make a big difference.Keep on carvin.
