Default See der faces

Some faces I did for a friend in cedar approximately 1 1/2 ft finished with Watco finishing oil and wax.

I've seen your faces attached to trees but never standing alone. These guys will be popular. I'm assuming you used knotty eastern cedar, correct. Was it cut green or is it dried cedar? Every other week, I'm carving out Greenland paddlers from Western Red Cedar. Expensive wood but boy does it make nice paddles.
