Default sealing tagua

Hello,
Just venturing into tagua creations and wondering what if anything is used to seal either carved or pyrographed nuts. Any advice?

In the past, I've used jeweler's polish to seal/polish/finish tagua nut carvings I've done. Load up a felted wheel on the Dremel and polish away.
