Default Sculpture and Design in Wood, Mauldin SC

The local wood carving club had a show this weekend, after some pressure from the misses I decided to enter a few pieces for the show. I entered 3 pieces and got 3 ribbons so I was stoked. They also had a whittling contest so I decided to try my hand at there were a few members of the club entered and Mac Profit, needless to say I was a little intimidated going against some very seasoned carvers. The project was a name tag, turns out they liked my work and I got first place in that. This was my first show that I enterd in and I was very surprised at the outcome.

Here are the pieces I entered as well as the name tag.
