I love projects like this as I'm also one of those who can't seem to part with a piece of wood... even a scrap. This will be a great carving for the kids in my woodshop classes. Thanks for the idea and for sharing it.

As a wood hoarder I like the idea. Ok I'm a mean auld Scot but bits of wood I can n't part with. But I give carvings away!
