Default Schooners Racing finished.

Hi folks,

Haven't been on much lately, busy as ever, display up and running, trying to finish this carving and then my younger sister lost her battle with Cancer a week ago today. I've dedicated it to her memory, she lived in Halifax, (home of the old time Fisherman's Trophy schooner series) and was always striving for perfection in whatever she did. So this "Schooners Racing For The Finish" is for you Cindy!!! I know you're in Heaven cause we had thunder last night, and that's you for sure, moving furnature and re-organizing St. Peter!

Bobby

My condolences Bob, we have all been there, but the good news is..you know where she is and will see her again! And one thing I am sure of...those that have passed before and gone to be with the Lord would not want to come back here!

Bob, Our thoughts are with you and your sister.

The ships are breath taking. I love how the sails are filled with wind because of the way the grain lines work! Just stunning.

Bob, a tribute should be something special and you have done well. Looking at this piece you are drawn in to experience the wind and the sea and that must be what sailing is all about. Congratulations.
