Default Scans on Tuesday (Clayton Johnston)

Hello Everyone,
Just quick note to say that Tuesday Clayton goes in for his "scans" too
see if his cancer has returned. As the schedule states this is the last one
at 6 month interval's, after this one the scan schedule states they are once
a year.
It's a mixed blessing to be moving to once a year, the "good" part is
they only get to inject him with radioactive dye once a year not twice or 4
times as in the past. The "scary" part is that it gives the cancer that much
longer to grow, if it should re-occur.
As usual, Clayton has to be at the hospital at 8 am, and will not leave
until 2 or 3 pm. They do a numerous tests (all except a m.r.i., to much
metal in his leg), including X-Rays of his primary site (left leg), CT scan,
ecko cardiogram, blood work, bone scan, to just name a few that they do.
And as usual, it take a couple of days to get all the results back. I
will try and keep everyone informed as we know.

Thanks again,
William "BB" Johnston

BB,
It sounds like he's on the mend! Glad to hear it! Keep us posted on his tests.
Is he enjoying carving, or getting any time for it?
Wade
