Default Santa Elf Wantabe

Trying out Mark G's style of carving. Quite an experience. Learned a lot and enjoyed it and didn't take me as long to finish. Made from Basswood, 8"x4". another pieve of Wall Art for the Wife. Merle

I like it. I just finished painting another santa and the first elf and the finish is drying as I type. I'm starting to wish I had more cutouts made just in case we get a blizzard tonight.

Merle,
That is really well done. I am sure Mark G will be proud when he see's that. I know you followed Marks pattern but he has a lot of your style to him as well especially in the painting. Again a job very well done
Colin
