Default It's finally finished

Hello everyone. It's been awhile since I posted any new carving pictures. I haven't had much carving time with the birth of our daughter, but I managed to do a little here and there over the past 3-4 months and finally finished it. It is of 3 lobster fisherman on a dock from Mike Shipley's book. I just wanted to share it with you. It's under my picturetrail album of 'John's Carvings - 2004'. Hope everyone is having a good Summer.

John

John,
That is a great carving even down to the tattoo. When I saw the carving It made me laugh because when I was a young soldier stationed in Germany I remember one of the guys in our unit, this guy had tattoo's all over his body but he had two M's tattooed on his butt. When we asked him why he said that when he bent over it said MoM and when he stood on his head is said WoW LOL, I always wondered what happened when he grew older that was 40+ years ago. Sorry I digress, love your carving look forward to seeing more.
Colin

Good looking gang of dockside 'Salties', John. Keep up the good work. With a new daughter, you will have someone to pass down your skills and talents to.

Regards,

Bob
