Default Rough Landing

I have been carving a series of Santa Faces this year called the Frosted Over Santas. I have carved several and about now I'm ready for a variation in the Frosted Over Theme. Here is what I came up with...Frosted Over Santa after a Rough Landing! All of the Santas have frosted over glasses that shows that he has been through some pretty bad weather on his wild Christmas Eve ride throughout the world delivering presents to boys and girls. Well, here he is after the Rough Landing. An alternate caption could read,"never try to water your reindeer at a Red Neck Roadhouse"! Some of the rest of my Frosted Over Santas can be found on my web site. At the bottom of the first page click gallery, at the bottom of the gallery page click on Christmas Carvings, finally at the bottom of the first Christmas page, click Christmas Carvings 3.

Thanks, Thomp! I finally got it right. I don't do this often enough to remember how to do it from time to time.

Nicely carved and painted. Nice way to keep the frosted glasses in your carvings. Comical, thinking about the burised eye.
