Default :Rabbit FlowerPot Hanger:

This past Sat.my wife said, hey lets drive to the Roan Mtn Nursery? No honey,I've changed too many dippers already! No,where you buy plants and trees, etc.

While walking around viewing all the flowers and plants,my wife said, come look at this one? It was a neat plant but I liked the animal hanger on the pot,an imported one. She liked the hanger also. She ask, would you carve us some?? Maybe I told her. Course we bought several plants and our back deck looks like that Smith{the guy on TV} back yard.

So this evening thought Id have this baby rabbit sitting on a flower pot in the small kitchen window that she will check on her plants tonight there.

I carved him from bass wood and tried a new light way of painting him, most times, well all the time I paint strong.

Hes,5/8's wide,3 inches head to bottem of his feet. Painted with acrylics.

Thanks for ckn him out and your thoughts are welcome.

Forrest

P.S He even liked my coffee as he ask me,want sum Mr.

Forrest, I don't know how you make carvings like this and the famed "sock monkey" look fuzzy and soft, but you certainly did your magic again with this piece. Great idea.

Hi Forrest,

Always nice to see your new carvings and as always, I'm impressed. It's cute and you did a nice job with the softer paint.
