Subject: Prescott Wood Bee Carver's (Arizona)
Hi All:

Just had to share our carving clubs display at the Prescott Library in Prescott, AZ. The carvings in the display are the works of 20 of our 37 members. As you can see we have a wide range of carving types and styles.

The Prescott Library gives us 1/2 of the 62 foot glass display case each year. The display runs from May 1 - May 31st 2008. Our display has been widely excepted with lots of wonderful comments.

That is a great looking display and sure represents your club well. Looks like some great carvings as well. Any chance to get some close ups?

Kathy, thanks for sharing a very beautiful display of carvers' creativity in the Southwest. Close ups would be appreciated. Which ones are yours'?

I'm very proud of our carving club, our ages run from 11 years to 82 years young. We just finished setting up the Display today and I just couldn't wait to show it to you all. Thank you, for asking my carvings are in all different places in the display--maybe the name cards will show up enough to see the names I'll go check.

Wow! That is a really beautiful display that I'm sure everyone is proud. I only wish that the picture was like one of those that you could zoom in and around. Better yet, wish that I could be there in person!

Thank you, Corey & Dave, I wish I could have all our WCI members come see our display. Hey we could even have a 'Carvealong' wouldn't that be fun!

Oh that is just Awsome! I would be standing there for quite some time, looking at each and every one of them. I wish our Library would do something like this.

And I sure do hope it inspires others to become carvers in that area.
