LOOKING FOR HELP :'(
I have a Foredom TX and all the toys I require, how ever I have run into a small problem, ??? My son (having the best intentions) ended up stripping the threads on the Motor and I can't connect the sleeve to the unit so I can't connect the Flex Shaft :-[. Could anyone advise how, where, or if I can can get my hands on a new base plate, (that's what I would call it) for this unit to replace the damaged one. I tried the Foredom web site and I can't identify the part in any of the manuals or parts lists? So if anyone can direct me to a source or has parts to offer for sale please let me know, I am not able to locate a Foredom dealer in my area.

I had that problem a couple of years ago and I called Foredom's 800 number and after describing the problem, they were able to tell me what the part was, I got it ordered, and they sent me a pretty complete catalogue with the part.

Might try that! I think I got the 800 number off their website.

Thanks Donna, I sent Foredom a message through the website, I have a small probem with 800 Numbers, I am Deaf, so that option is out for me. I will wait for a reply to my e-Mail and see what happens.
