Default Posting Pics

I tried to post some pics earlier and managed to get them added to my gallery. I also tried to get them into a thread, without success. Got error message about being to big. I do not know how to make them smaller. I used the lowest setting on my camera. So how do you guys get the little pics in your threads.

Seems like there ought to be a way to link to the gallery from here without having to reload the pics.

Any help would be appreciated as I would like to show off my carvings and get some honest feedback.

Thanks,
Terry

Resizing is for the message board and has nothing to do with Camera setting. XP has a Microsoft digital image program, then there is Photo Max pro that will resize pictures to the 380 x 520 pixel requiremnt. I believe there is a program that you can download from this site that resizes picture. The latter I am not sure.

Kenny, are you the official photo resizing wiz here? I think he deserves a round of applause. Looking forward to the pics, I'll search the gallery.

Hi, Try this site. You'll have to copy it back into your computer to retrieve it. It worked for me. Later Rich,

Thanks guys but it is you all who done that work and figured out how to resize and where to do it. Not knowing what level of systems each of you have, hard to tell you how to resize. I have an older system I put together in 98. Still works for me. My moto is,''if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
There is a suite of software that resizes pictures, enhance them transfroms them or what have you.
Anyways, Thanks guys, I appreciate the complements.
Glad you both were able to figure out the resizing part.
