According to the website:

Company History

Quote:
Although the Louis Marx & Company no longer exists, their legacy of producing quality toy products continues. The Marx Toy Corporation is a separate company from, and is not a successor to, Louis Marx & Company. However, the original home of the Company at 200 Fifth Ave, continues to house the new company’s NY Showroom.

Hope that helps.

Dear Bob L,
That certainly was a quick reply thanks. I have been on the site and am I impressed. Strange to say how many successful businessmen have been fired and then go on to become great. I will keep you posted
Regards
