Default Pile O basswood

Well I guess this is general carving, or at least future general carving. I just finished cutting my basswood supply for this year. The logs are from MN and I saw them out on my mill. It is air drying which makes the outside look yellowish and then will go in a solar kiln to finish drying and once planed goes back to being white. I won't be able to use the excuse I don't have the right size chunk of wood for a carving......
