I expect that carving will be very popular with the golfing community. Novel idea, and a great carving.

Thank you, Thank you all,
The friend picked up her carving just a while ago. Gave me a nice tip. Told me the friend she was getting it for would have to wait until she got tired of it being on her mantle. Nice compliment.

Thanks again for the comments.....got to finish the Great Blue Heron now.

My first time on. Asked to see Pelican carvings, was shown 8. The first 4 were identical to the second 4. And NOT ONE, was a PELICAN. I am almost 71, and know what a Pelican looks like. Anyone who has carved a pelican, please contact me. This is my first time on, please dont send penguins or chickens, whew. Thanks , I'm in with ya'll, don't know for how long, I need at least semi-educated replies. I click "insert image" and nothing happens, so really need some experienced answers, especially from people who know what a pelican is, and have at one time or another actually carved one. OK, can anyone send me a pic of a carved pelican? How do I send one? Thanks, and old Italian, RaySchipani oledakota@htn.net regards

Great use of the golf club, and that paint job is wonderful.
The scale surprised me, at first glance, I thought it was much larger.
Excellent detail.
