I use bubble wrap from Staples - comes in a large roll Staples® Large Bubble Wrap®, 12" x 30' | Staples® and you can also find it a moving/storage places. I put the bubble-wrapped items into a large cardboard box.

If it has any really delicate or fragile pieces, you might want something more. Lynn Doughty builds a plywood box to fit his, providing a completely hard inner shell that he packs inside another cardboard box. I have had to repair one of my carvings after just driving it in a cardboard box, because it shifted enough to break a feather off.

I would use bubble wrap...and don't pack them too tight in the box. Keep the more fragile pieces on the top.
