Default One more for the show, and a BIG THANKS...

I want to thank everyone that posted on my previous post. Sure do appreciate all the kind words of encouragement. Packing up my carvings this morning as I have till 5 pm to get to Harrisburg and set up. My club is over an hour away so I think I will just get a room tomorrow. The club is doing something different than they have in the past as the only ribbon that will be awarded this year will be best of show. I think I will enter my Stonewall Jackson. Anyway here is a little pineknot spirit I finished last night...Enjoy and I`ll be back Sunday evening....Bruce

Bruce, that is one of the finest spirits I've seen on here, great job. If'n I was you I'd be sure to take him to the show, in my book he is definitely a winner. Good luck.

Bruce, that's a real nice carving. Your attentioin to detail shows and the finish is very good, too. I like the way you've done his hair and it flows right into the layers of the pine knot.
