Default One more Bily brothers carving that has special meaning for my wife and I.

This is a picture of two churches the brothers carved.
The one on the left is a very accurate carving of the Little Brown church in nearby Nashua Iowa. A church made famous by a song and their many thousands of weddings there in over a hundred years.
Although the brothers were only about 40 miles from the church, they relied on photographs and sketches from friends to build this very beautifuk set of churches.
The church on the left is the one my wife and I were married in on sep 1st, 1973.
all of the clocks in these pictures play music, some have moving characters, etc.
Old Frank was a pretty fair carver, he used all types of wood, most of it native to their area.

You can see better pictures, etc at their website
