Default Old ManWinter

This is the other half of the thin fence board. Its "Old Man Winter" seeing how winter will be here soon. Hes relief carved and is 3 inches X 17 inches.

There was alot of the old barn red paint on this end of that board, plus 2 knot holes. I enjoyed carving this old man winter and your thoughts or comments are more than welcome. Forrest

Yea Gene, that cold front is here in East Tn right now, they are saying might get a little snow Friday morning. Where my wife works in the higher mtns in NC they always get alot of snow, she gets snow days from her work to be off when its too icey and snow to drive into her work. She drives 70 miles every day to and from work, its all around and up & down mtns. Shes from this area and it doesnt bother her, scares me!! LOL

Im glad you like this fence board carving Gene,Im going to try a flat plane carving soon, Im sure it will be funny, seeing I havent carved in the round before.

I always can depend on your nice thoughts my friend and I value your wisdom and advise. Thanks Gene,Forrest
