Hi woodcarvers - I'm looking forward to this event next month. Will I see YOU there? It will be the first time for me (in spite of 60 years carving).

Pallin, I'll be there as well!! I hope to meet as many carvers as I can that are on this board. I will teaching some bird of prey carving techniques, burning, texturing, setting eyes etc.. Hope to see you there!

Hi Phil and Jeff, my hubby's cousin lives in Oakhurst I know they probably would enjoy attending. Can you please give me the particulars April ? 2009 and where.

The event is April 19 thru April 25 at the Oakhurst Community Center. It's listed in the Calendar of Events on this site.

Thanks Phil, Oakhurst is a really neat little town and we always enjoy our visit and of course Yosemite. We lived in Northern California for many years before moving to Arizona.
