| | | Noah's Ark Can anyone tell me if Dave Sabol's books contain plans for either carving or building an ark? I want to carve Noah's ark, but so far I can only find plans for animals, Noah, and his wife, but no ark. I've searched the Internet unsuccessfully for ark plans. Could anyone tell me where to find plans for Noah's ark?
Thanks,

| | Re: Noah's Ark Check over at www.woodmagazine.com then go to the wood Store, or the shopping area, and into the downloadable plans section. Â*There is a super Noah's Ark there. It's under Kids Furniture and Toys.

| | | Re: Noah's Ark Thanks! I'll order the plans and see how they look? There is a very well done version of Noah's ark at http://www.jauquet.com/wood/wood_cat.html. Unfortunately I don't think they offer plans for sale.

| | Re: Noah's Ark I checked over at Joquette's site; that doesn't look like something he'd share a pattern with someone!!!

| | | Re: Noah's Ark Hi,
No, neither of Sabol's Noah's Ark books include plans for building an ark. Â*However, a few years ago, Wood Magazine (out of Des Moines) published a Noah's ark pattern and 'how to' instructions. Â*I contacted Wood and ordered the pattern and back issue of the magazine. Â*
While they don't include patterns, almost every issue of Chip Chats has 3-4 pictures of a carver or a carving club's Noah's ark---they all look vastly different.
Good luck.
