| | New Pics on PictureTrail A ways back there was a post on what we were working on now, and I said that I had a couple projects before I could get any carving done.....her's one project out of the way. Â* Â*I found some at half their price at (believe it or not) the Norht American Model Engineering Exposition last year in Southgate, MI. Â*don't know where the expo was held this year or if that same vendor was still around. Â*You may want to inquire at www.modelengineeringsoc.com
Â* They may have information on their vendors.
If you get a chance, these model engineering shows are really something to see.....they even have some wood carving and wood working as part of their design processes (patternmakers) as in model parts for metal castings.

i think we all dable in various woodworking projects to in nice to see what others are making |

Thats a great piece to keep passing down to the kids and grand kids, will bring much joy and fond memories.
