| | Re: new issue of woodcarving mag That's correct...you should all be seeing it show up at your houses soon!
Please...Let me know what you think.
I'll say what I say everytime <GRIN>...
I love to hear what you like, but it REALLY, REALLY, REALLY helps us to know what you would like to see changed (or what you didn't like)...
I know you'd like to see more issues a year...that's kind of a given at this point....but...PLEASE don't be afraid to give us feedback.
The web is a very valuable resource for us because it gives us immediate feedback on an issue...usually fast enough that we can immediately make changes for the next issue. We depend on our readers to tell us what they like and don't like!!!
You are not going to hurt my feelings (or Shannon's)
Let me stimulate some thoughts;Did you like or dislike:
1. The layout
2. The order of the articles
3. The mix of articles
4. How we presented articles
5. The patterns
6. The departments
7. The step by step photos/captions
PLEASE!!!! If you have something you don't like, and don't want to post it in the open forum...PM me or Shannon!

| | Re: new issue of woodcarving mag I got my issue Monday but didn't have a chance to look at it until this morning. I always like the step-by-step articles with patterns and photos of the finished project. Have absolutely no criticisms about the mag--it's always evolving and improving--bringing in features that highlight new and established carvers. I also like product review articles and process ideas. As I often say...there's more than one way to do any given thing and no one way is "the best"--it all depends on what works for you.
I do like to see a mix of beginner and advanced projects so that there's an appeal to all levels of expertise. I love it when I see the latest WCI and when thumbing through it the first time, can't wait to try something that's included in it.
