| | new issue WCI Well waddaya know! The mule staggered in yestiddy wid my copy of WCI!! And its a goodin! LOL I looked thru it, but haven't read much yet, except about Paul Bunyans brother Colin ha ha.,,,nice job, nice article and excellent tutorial Colin.....I tried carving a cactus once, but it kept growing back? On a different tact, the deburring/defuzzing tool in the mag gave me an idea.....if I made one of those, the first thing I would do would be hit my wood with the edge of the washer....no doubt in my mind LOL...so it gave me an idea of putting some pieces of leather on it sticking out past the washers....in fact the leather might just do a dandy job of deburring/defuzzing in themselves? Also.. Bob, since you are starting to pay for tips and ideas, how about a thread for new tips? Easy to find the tips and gives us a place to post them? just a thought! Again, congrats Colin!! |

Has anyone in Canada have their copy yet? Thanks for the nice words Dave your copy of #10 is in the mail. Knowing the way the mail is between here and the US you should have it by new years.LOL
Colin

| | Re: new issue WCI Well it hasn't made it to the Great White North yet either, but I do see on the WCI web site my friend and yes I guess my mentor also, Jan Oegema has a instructional article in Issue 30, a 6 minute Christmas Gnome, not sure who's christmas comes in January/February but better late than never I always say...it's just early for next year.
Take a look folks, he really does these things in 6 minutes.
