Great job. Looks like he's got his eyes on something towards the passenger side of your vehicle. Good company on long distance driving. Thanks for sharing.

Its very easy to fit if you have a screw on, just make a clearance hole for the shaft of the stick and then a smaller one for the thread to cut into. I think mine was done with a 16mm to clear it (10mm would have done it) and then extend the hole with a 7mm so the 8mm thread cuts into the wood. No glue, no epoxy just threaded on. Just make sure that its not to tight or the new top will split wide open, once it's on you can use wood glue to stop it spinning, don't forget you might want to keep the knob when you change cars.
Have a good look at your shifter Christina, if you have a lift collar for reverse you may get a top on there as long as you leave clearance, if not phone your local dealer and ask how the top comes off . Same goes for anyone really, ask in the local garage, they should know.

Sharon - put photos on this thread and we can all see! (I recon it's between you and Dave GCH as most likely to to actual try it!)

Neat. I lean towards whittlings that DO something- bottle stoppers, rolling toys, game pieces- now here's another.
