Talking A new elf

Here is one I finished two days ago, I have just got around to posting pictures. I will put some more pictures in the galleries, tell me what you think.

Jogger I very carefully carve the eyes with the tip of my knife, the pupil is done with a very small gouge. Thanks Merle, i try to make them different then everyone elses.

Excellent job! I especially like how you've blended the coloring so well, making it so much more interesting than it could have been. Nice jagged-layering effect on his hat too. Thanks for sharing him!

He's great, Carl! What's the problem with the finish?

I especially like the way you paint: the non-traditional colors and the flush on the cheeks and ears is perfect.

You relieved the irises with your knife? Dude! You're my hero!
