Default Need some info about a carver name G. Hedin 1750 ???

Hi, there is someone who ever heard anything about a carver name G. Hedin 1750 or anything close maybe Medin, there a stamp under a foot printed Made in sweden, it's a very nice (about me...) carving of a woman sitting on a chair and reading a book on her knees, look really old but I don't think it's made in 1750...don't know the kind of wood but a hard one and the carving is painted, if anyone as information about this carving please let me know, I have a few other carvings, like Trygg, Caron, Audet, Fortin, Thibault... but this one is by far my favorite but I didn't find any info anywhere on the Web, Thanks, now pictures...

Nice piece, Eric. Maybe Rick or Harley Refsal might know womething about Hedin.
It looks like we have the same carving collection! I love those carvers from St. Jean Port Joli!
