These aren't the prettiest little pattern drawings in the world, but they're quick, and you'll want her to look like what you remember anyways, rather than what I dug up. You'll have to resize to fit, but hopefully this will get you past the cutout stage, which when I do cutouts, they are extremely rough anyways. The originals are on castofcharacters.com. The photos keep getting cropped in my post. The links go to my gallery for a full pic.

Smurf... If you Google Cocker Spaniel Clip Art you'll come up with a number of front and side views of Cocker Spaniels. Now they may not be the same breed as yours was but from what I saw the nose structure is similiar so it should be just a matter of carving the ears and hair shorter. Use a program like Microsoft Publisher to create a box the same size as your wood and inport the pictures to scale into that box. As for the side views all you'll need to do is crop off the body and keep the head and scale that to size.
