Default Name Badge

Seeing how Im going to the Woodcavers Expo show in Johnson City Tn this Sat. {till we can get some badges here on WCI.} So I thought Id make me a name badge real quick.

My wife is excited also to go, seeing she hasnt been to a big city before, she was raised in the mtns here. I told her you can go honey babe if you wear some socks & shoes! OHhhhhhh Ok I will wear my pink flip-flops with the red stockings, you know the ones I make the red & white monkeys out of at Christmas time.is that ok?? Surrrr Thats fine.

Guess what honey babe?? What What!!??? We are dinning out that Sat. night after the show too! OHhhhhhh MY God, shes cried! Course I knew they had a hot dog stand at the show.

I hope you win a ribbon! If you do can I wear it in my hair?? She asked. I guess so if you want too.

Shes such a woman and just like last night in bed,she ask me.say something sweet to me,ok. I whispered in her ear,""Cow paddy"" She smiled and what a romantic man you are honey.

Just thought Id share this bage, I know its a little gunkie but it will do for now. Your thoughts are welcome. Forrest

The badge is 1 2/2 X 3 inches, carved from found wood. If I had thought I could have shaped it like the state of Tn, course I didnt think Duhhhh~

Forrest, you better not let your wife read this forum.
Love the badge, and I wish I was going to be there to meet you and your lovely wife. The flip flops and monkey socks would be easier to spot than the badge.

Well Thor, yea it will be easy to spot us in a crowd thats for sure. I will have my best over alls on,which is the ones with only 4 patches on them plus my red plaid shirt course a few patches on the elbows and my going to town hat which is a hat covered with ground hog fur. Gald you liked the badge Thor,I have to run,got to put my olde truck bench seat back in the truck,I bring it in at night time so we will have a couch to watch TV on. Plus I have to wash out the truck bed, hauled some hogs yesterday and I have to wash out the pig dropping.
So thanks again for stopping by Thor. We just might drive on down in Ga.sometime and if we do,will stop and ck out the funkychicken. Forrest

You better patten that badge before Bob uses it for the WCI pin. You may have given him ideas.
