Default NA finished

Well it took a little than i thought but it's finished. The carving is basswood 15x9x4 The finish burnt umber oil paint 1" to one cup of oderless mineral spirits and the a coat of feed& wax I put a little of turquise stone in the neckless. It was a fun project, well I guess they all are!!! All comments welcome.

Hi feb, nice carving and finishing on your Indian. I like the addition of the turquoise also--just a nice touch of color.

Hi Feb,

It's a great carving and that turquoise really pops. I guess you figured out how to do the feathers on end grain. Can you tell us how you did it?
