| | | My Yellow Brick Road Hi everyone! I haven't been around much lately, because I've been busy getting things settled and organizing (if that's POSSIBLE for me!).
Anyway, I wanted to stop by to let everyone know that I'll be going 'offline' beginning Sunday afternoon (April 4). I'll be packing my 'getaway' car and leaving Ohio on Monday for a new adventure and life. I'll be driving across the country, stopping to visit and carve with carving artist friends along the way....and in a few weeks, I'll be arriving in Seattle, WA, where I'll be taking up permanent residence.
I've wanted to do this for a long time, but never had the 'guts' to go for it before. I'm lucky to have the friendship and support of everyone here, which gives me the 'oomph' I need to get up and get going.
I'd appreciate your prayers and good thoughts as I make my way across the country and into a new life. I'll be back 'online' by late April/early May...and will have lots to report by then!
HUGS to everyone!

| | Re: My Yellow Brick Road Have a great trip, Teri and the start of a great new life. Â*If you hesitate in Kansas City, holler and I'll treat you to a fabulous bar-b-que and/or margarita. Â*Let us know when you get settled in WA--I still have hopes of ordering one of your santas for myself. Â*Congratulations on getting the 'Umph' to change your situation. Â*Too often we stay in less than desirable situations because we're afraid it can't be any better anywhere else. Â*You go girl!
We'll miss you and always appreciate your sharing your expertise and insights. Â*We're looking for more and better carvings from you. Â*God speed.Donna T
