Default My take on Lynn's War Shield

Here is my take on Lynn's Framed Native American War Shield. After doing my research I found a picture of Crazy Horse's War Shield, which is what I based mine on.

Thanks Ed. I was looking it up again on the internet and this one is a first rain shield not Crazy Horse's shield. I got the two shields i printed off mixed up. I guess my second shield will be Crazy Horse's.

Very nice. How big is it? And, of what wood is it made?

This was a fun project, can't wait for the next one.

You did a great job on the paint design.

Very nice! An your research really paid off with an exceptional carving with really nice paint work. I like the idea of leaving off the outer frame, that looks great too. Well done.
