Thanks for the kind comments Sharon, Terry, Jim, Forrest, Dave and Robert, your comments are always appreciated. I hope I didn't leave anyone out. If I did, it wasn't out of malice. This is why I love this board.

Tom. I have some pics on my blogs of my knives and I will try to post some here as well. Forrest, I know what you mean, I have trouble keeping up with things sometimes.

One thing I like about walnut is that it looks better with a natural finish so I don't have to paint.
