Museum Exhibition

A collector in California has loaned some of her Santa collection to the Museum of Art & History in Santa Cruz, California. Â* The museum chose which pieces they wanted to display, and chose two of mine Â*

- what a great honor. Â* Â* An even greater honor is that they used one of them in their advertising campaign for the exhibition (a very early guy, done on a 24-inch lumberyard 2x4!). Â* Â*

Great News and Congrads!......I carve because I love the feeling of bringing something out of a piece of wood when others only see the 'piece of wood' and its nice to 'sell' a piece, but I really get more enjoyment out of receiving some 'recognition' from others, thats the real turn-on for me........Again, you do great work and they picked the right piece for their promotion, keep the chips flying, your fantastic. BUT WAIT! THERE'S MORE TO THE STORY!!!

I JUST found out that the collection being exhibited also includes work by Nancy Goff, Al Longo, Dick and Nancy Moore, and let's see who else!! SOOO

You deserve all the recognition that you get Teri not only are you a wonderful carver but a wonderful person as well. I dont think there has ever been a time on this message board that you have hesitated to give advice when called upon. Again well done.
