Default Mother's Day Angel
Made this for my Mom. She's such a patient, graceful person that it only seemed fitting. It's about 12" tall. From Shawn Cipa's 'Carving Folk Art Figures'.
Critique are always welcome. Sorry about the picture quality. I just couldn't get it clear.

Jim .. I love it ... what a great looking angel ..

The painting is so calming and the facial expression is perfect for a mother days gift ..

A picture is worth a thousand words. You carved an angel for an angel and I'm sure she loves it. Cherish your mother my friend, she won't be here forever and I'm sure (such as I) that you'll miss her deeply. Nice carving and paint work.
