Just a couple of key rings carved in some twigc (don't know what sort of wood) They are about 6 inches long and around 3/4 of an inch in diameter. People seem to like them for keys used by more than one person, back gate, shed key etc. easier to find and too big and ugly to put in your pocket..........and they're fun to do.
Regards
John

What a great idea! And would make nice presents too! For a beginner like me, this would also give me the much needed practice. Thanks for sharing!

Neat idea John. I did the very same thing with some red cedar woodspirits!

Great little carvings and a great idea. I am always looking to make Christmas Stocking Stuffers and small little gifts appropriate to the right person.

I will file this one away.

Thanks for sharing.

Glad you like them Sappy, they a handy gift and great for practicing faces and expressions. They are also of a size that lets you carry them around and carve whenever a chance arises.

Thanks for lookin' Dan.

Thanks Joe, they're fun, good practice, and popular gifts.

Thanks again Eddy, never tried Red Cedar, bet they smell nice?

Ron.....yes carving but only a little just now.......trying to get a start on Placido, but it's difficult to get in the mood.

Glad you liked them Pete, good practice, great fun, and yes, they would be ideal "stocking stuffers.

Thanks Dave, glad you like them.

Thanks again folks
John
