Default Monroe, Washington

This weekend was interesting, Teri, Ric, Art, and myself were all in one place at the same time. Â*
It was kinda cool; and strange at the same time.

They are all very nice people and I recommend spending time with all of them if you get the chance.

Teri entered two pieces into the show and (naturally) won ribbons for both. Â* :
(Her carvings were judged by Tina Toney-Santa carver, painter, and author)

It was a fun show, although I was too busy to see all of it.

Hopefully Teri and I will have an opportunity to carve and paint together sometime this week. Â*

What a great pleasure to meet Rick, Teri and Art this weekend. They are great folks and very talented. Rick thanks for your help with selecting some new tools. I love my new palm gouges. Although the wood had been pretty much picked over, I did manage to find the perfect piece for a project I have been wanting to start. Maybe next time we meet we can take some time to carve and chat.

Ric
