Default I missed a Pete Leclair workshop...

Pete was in my own town 3 weeks ago, and I just learnt it last week-end... He gave a 3 days workshop in a local wood carving symposium.

I'm depressed. That would have been like meeting a guru for me

Now, I tried to find more dates in the future to meet him but it seems I will have to pay for the travelling and the lodging if I want to assist to one of his workshops.

Well... I had to tell someone...

Gilles

It's a bit too far from Quebec city Canada...

The closest I found for the next one is in Ottawa in November. 5-6 hours drive to get there. 3 days lodging. 5-6 hours to come back home...

I'm not sure...

I spoke with Pete last fall in Tennessee (at a Steve Brown Seminar) and if you want to have him teach just pay the price put him up for the days he is with you. I would just go to his website send email and have him tell you all the facts. I don't remember all of it. I do recall that carving a bust seemed the way to go, I believe it was a 3 day class.
