Default Metal Pins

Hello, can anyone tell me what these gold pins are called, and where I could get some?

I have heard these called Eustachian Pins and have found them at Hobby Shops around the modle train sections. I like them for putting in the "nasal passages" of falcons.

Close, Paul...they are Escutcheon pins. Eustachian pins would have to be either extracted from or inserted in (OW!) your middle ear (eustashian tube)

Most hardware stores carry them.

hehehe

My teacher's used to try and convince me of the importance of spelling. I had a feeling that I was somewhat astray on this one; but, had not the slightest idea how to go about spell checking it. My hearing aid holds quite well so don't think I need a eustachian pin in there and will reserve the escutcheon pins for sticking in hawk's noses.

Love your vet's message on the other thread.
