you right ten carver, i just got to talk for a sec, at the dayon show, then he had to do something with the show, really nice guy,

Sam you know if you dont know someone you might pre-judge them! I had done this about Gene and Im so glad I met him in person cause it changed my whole way of thinking!! Nice guy & such a master carver also.

I never met Gene but I just got a phone call from him! How cool is that?? I had some stuff on backorder and he just called to let me know it's coming. Talk about customer service! It just doesn't get any better. He could have sent me an email or just shipped the items but he took the time to give me a call. Gene is a super class act. Very down to earth on the phone. I truly appreciate it when people go out of their way to be nice. It's way too easy to be just the opposite.
