I have been a member of WCI for a while and really enjoy it a lot, I have a question for all of you tech savy wood carvers out there and that is how do I go about starting up my own website. I would like to showcase my work and also post carvings that I may decide to sell on there as well as some info on myself and all of that. I know my way around a computer pretty well I am in school right now at a tech school for drafting which is now all done on the computer, but I have really no knowledge of how to set up and maintain a website. So if anyone can send me a link or offer up some advice that would be great, thank you.

Yahoo has a program called Sitebuilder. It is easy to maintain and there is Tech support in case you get into trouble. I use it for my art glass but haven't added all my carving stuff yet. It will let you add Paypal to your site for payment too. Wanda
