Another great piece Kathy and you are turning them out so fast. Was this another piece of found bark?

I wish cottonwood grew in Canada now. I know I can buy it but it's not quite the same.

Keep up the excellent work. We'll be looking for the book, DVD, workshop? from you next.

Very good Kathy, I haven't found a peice of Cottonwood bark 17 inches long around here about 10" is as long a peice as i can rustle up and then it is not much over 3 inches wide
I am working on a kind of American gothic couple in Bark which i will post soon

Elliott, Herb

Elliott: Thank you, and yes I brought back from the creek about 10 nice pieces. I also have some pieces a friend gave me from Colorado.
I know what you mean by having to buy it. I'd be doing the same thing as you.
As for a book, DVD, I'll leave that to those who really know what they are doing. lol
Thank you for the huge compliment though.

Herb: Thank you, too--you should be able to carve a nice little wood spirit out of a 10" piece. As for the width Charley is only 2 1/2" wide at the face.
Looking forward to seeing your Bark American gothic couple don't forget to post.

Thank you, both again I really appreciate hearing from you.
Kathy
