Default "lost carving pages"

I was just running a search online to try to find out who sent me an email with an attachment that I'd really like to open...if I knew who it was from..still searching .... Well, that's a long story but it is how I found this web page:
http://www.sound.net/~woodcarv/webcarv_missing.htm

This is a list of *dead (no longer working) carving websites and asks for help finding the people who used to have the sites. I started to read through it and saw Nancy Goff on there, so I thought maybe there would be others that anyone here might know. I haven't written to them yet because I only skimmed the list, but I saw several names that I know. Maybe some of us can help with this? Nothing like clicking on a dead link when you really want to see the page :'( ???
