Default Looking for other Carvers, Augusta Ga Area

Hello to all,
Moved to Martinez, Ga from Michigan where I was a member of 2 different clubs, but here in the Augusta area I have not found a single club and those that are listed for Ga/Sc in the club section are to far to travel for me.

So are there any other carvers in the area that might want to get together for some good carving and conversation? If so email me and lets start planning. Email is sgttutt2001@yahoo.com

Kurt

Kurt:
First welcome to the site and the South, if you click on the clubs prompt to the left and enter South Carolina, their is a good group of guys in Aiken, which is relitively close, and then we are located in Columbia, not so close, but your more then welcome.

Hi Kurt, We used to have three or four people drive up From the Augusta area for our monthly meetings. I think it's 2 or 2 1/2 hours. They used to take a lot of the seminars we offered. If I can locate any names I will let you Know.

Hi John, thanks and would like to see if they are still active. Better to split the cost of gas etc.
