Default Little Owl

Decided to put the Valentines Carvings on the back burner for a day and carve something else. Here is a little quick owl in a tree limb.
Owl is 1 1/2 x 1/2 x 1/2 " in a limb 7 x 2".

Comments welcomed, good or bad.

Thank all of you for the nice comments.
Ever now and again, I have to carve a quick piece and this one was a quickie and fun little project. Just let the knife go where it wanted to. The limb was a piece of drift wood from a local lake here in SEK. Just cut a slab with a protruding limb and it made for a cute little carving. Drilled a angle hole in back to mount it on the wall.

Nancy, I don't know what the next one will be, probably a couple more roses to finish out the family for Valentines Day. Then probably a leperchan or two.

Nothing fancy spancy but enjoyable doing it.
